The first International Employment Lawyer (IEL)<\/a> Spring European Employment Summit will be held in Dublin on 7 March 2024 from 9:00 a.m. to 5:30 p.m..<\/p>\n

The event, organised by the IEL in collaboration with Zambelli & Partners, will bring together senior in-house counsel, HR and ER professionals and private lawyers from across Europe to explore the challenges and opportunities facing multinational employers and their consultants.<\/p>\n

The summit, in particular, will delve into a range of topics including: employee activism, working with hidden disabilities, creating inclusive and safer workplaces, trade secret protections, workplace investigations, and future European working trends (AI, automation and supply chain challenges).<\/p>\n

Angelo Zambelli<\/a> will attend the event as exclusive speaker for Italy in the panel on “Organised labour and employee activism<\/strong>“, which will take place from 4 p.m. to 5:15 p.m.<\/h3>\n
