Anna deals with all labor law issues, including employment and self-employment contracts, agency contracts, workforce supply, employees’ transfers, transfers of business, individual and collective dismissals, service contracts (also with application of the social clause), drafting company policies and regulations, transnational operations, trade union negotiations and labor disputes, Due Diligence activities, providing assistance to both national and multinational companies.
Before joining the team led by Mr. Zambelli, Anna worked with ADVANT NCTM, Grande Stevens law firm and, most recently, with Daverio & Florio law firm.
