Arianna deals with all issues of labor law and trade union law, both in judicial and extrajudicial settings, assisting companies and groups – national and international – in relation to contracts, disciplinary proceedings, transfers, individual and collective dismissals, union negotiations and settlement of labor disputes, as well as restructuring and reorganization operations.
Before joining the team led by Mr. Zambelli, she worked with some international law firm and, lastly, with the BDO Law.
