Elena deals with all employment issues, amongst which contracts, transfers, individual and mass dismissals, cross-border transactions, negotiations with trade unions and labour disputes, providing assistance to both national and multinational businesses.
Regarding litigation she acts also before the Italian Supreme Court.
Before joining the team led by Mr. Zambelli, she worked, lastly, with Eversheds Sutherland law firm.
