Marco deals with all employment issues, amongst which contracts, transfers, individual and collective dismissals. He also deals with industrial relations, providing assistance to major Italian companies in the drafting of company collective agreements and in procedures aimed at the granting of social amortisation measures.
Before joining the team led by Mr. Zambelli, he most lastly worked with Deloitte Legal.
