BARBARA GRASSELLI SELECTED IN THE SECOND EDITION OF IEL’S WOMEN LEADERS THOUGHT-LEADERSHIP SURVEY.

It is an extensive who’s who of established law firm partners from around the globe.

The publication presents Women Leaders discussions of key developments, challenges, and innovations within trending areas of practice, or their local jurisdictions.

Barbara considers how Italy has implemented the EU Whistleblowing Directive, and comments on how only a minority of member states have expanded the directive’s scope beyond EU law.

“This narrow or fragmented material scope contributes directly to the underreporting of serious misconduct, allowing unlawful or unethical behaviour to persist unchecked, and weakening broader efforts to promote transparency and accountability within both public and private institutions,” she warns.
