The sixth edition of the International HR Legal Day 2023 will be held on Monday 20 November 2023 from 9 a.m. to 4 p.m. in Copenhagen. The event, hosted by IUNO Law, will be a unique opportunity for companies to have 1:1 meetings with HR lawyers from all over the world.
Angelo Zambelli will attend the event both as an HR lawyer covering the Italian jurisdicition among other European colleagues, and as a speaker in the seminar “Performance management and retention in a global context”, which will be held on the same day from 1 p.m. to 4 p.m.
During the seminar, panels of international HR lawyers will discuss legal developments around the world and take a look at some of the most common pitfalls encountered by companies.
The seminar will cover the following topics, among others:
- Performance management processes
- Monitoring
- Termination for poor performance
- Performance-driven compensation
- Retention measures
- Non-competition and non-solicitation clauses
The seminar is free of charge and will be held in English. It is aimed at people with HR responsibilities.
